Cancellation Policy

At Handy Master (https://handymaster.in), we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. As a multi-vendor e-commerce platform, we facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers while ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders can be canceled.

1. Order Cancellation by Customers

• Before Shipment: Customers can cancel an order at any time before the seller has shipped the product. To request a cancellation, log in to your Handy Master account and visit the “My Orders” section or contact our customer support team at ritikkumarbhagat0@gmail.com or +91 6203513391.

• After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted. Customers may initiate a return or refund request as per our Return & Refund Policy.

• Service-Based Orders: For bookings related to handyman services, cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

2. Order Cancellation by Sellers

• Vendors reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or any unforeseen circumstances. If an order is canceled by the seller, customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.

• In cases where an order is canceled due to a policy violation by the customer, such as fraudulent activity, no refund shall be issued.

3. Automatic Order Cancellation

• If an order is not processed or shipped within the vendor’s stipulated timeframe, Handy Master reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a refund.

• Orders with pending payments that are not completed within the required payment window may be automatically canceled.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

• If a payment has been made for a canceled order, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway or financial institution.

5. Exceptions to Cancellations

• Customized or Personalized Items: Orders for personalized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled after processing.

• Digital Products or Services: Once delivered, digital products and services cannot be canceled or refunded.
