• Certain products, such as perishable goods, personal care items, and custom-made products, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Receive Refund or Replacement: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and verified.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.

• If your return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
