3. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund request, customers must:

  • Contact the vendor directly through the platform within the stipulated refund period.

  • Provide order details, including order ID, purchase receipt, and supporting evidence (such as photos or videos for defective products).

4. Refund Approval & Processing

  • Once a refund request is received, the vendor will assess the claim and respond accordingly.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method or store credit, as per vendor policy.

  • If the refund is denied by the vendor and the customer disputes the decision, Handy Master may intervene and mediate the process.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Services
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or incorrect product selection by the customer.

  • Services that have already been rendered.

  • Perishable or consumable items.

  • Products with tampered packaging or missing parts.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has been approved but not received within the expected timeframe, customers should:
